  • Net leaves and other debris
  • Vacuum pool floor
  • Brush tile, walls, and steps
  • Water Testing, Check and balance chemicals
  • Empty skimmer and pump baskets
  • Backwashing (when needed)
  • Check equipment for leaks and other damage

"Chemicals Only" Rates:

  • $50.00 monthly - Chemicals Only

"Chemicals Only" Service Includes:

  • Weekly Service Visits
  • Chemicals Included at no extra charge
  • Water Testing, Check and balance chemicals
  • Empty skimmer and pump baskets

Routine Maintenance Billed Separately from Weekly Service:

Conditioner (Billed once per year in the Fall) - Conditioner is added throughout the year.  This vital chemical is used to maintain the overall chemical balance.

Algaecide (Billed once per year in the Spring) - Algaecide is added as needed.  This is to help kill algae before it forms.

Filter Cleaning (Billed twice per year, in Summer and Winter) - Filter cleanings are provided twice per year.  Filter cleanings are recommended to insure proper water filtration and longevity of equipment.  Filter grids are cleaned and inspected in the Summer and Winter.
